 Q: What kind of houses can you design?

A: We own a high qualified professional technology department and the

   experienced engineers can work out plenty of designs for villas, 

       homes,offices,shops, toilets,carports etc. Our classic engineering  

       groups can design according to the customers’ requirements.

Q: What’s the material of your houses?

A: We have the material of EPS sandwich panels, rock-wool sandwich 

   panels, glass-wool sandwich panels, foam cement boards with the hot 

   galvanized steel as the interior frame.

Q:Why shall we choose your products?

A: We have lots of advantages compared with other companies. 

      1. Strong structure: all of our steel structure are hot galvanized; 

  2. Suit for different whether conditions: a variety of choices for panel 

    thickness from 50mm to 300mm, which can meet the different 

    conditions in different districts;

    earthquake( 9 grade), wind(150km/h), and corrosion;

Q: What’s your production capacity?

A: There’s no problem for us to supply 2000 -3000m² per day and we can 

   produce 6000m² one day according to the customers’ demand.

Q: Can you provide us with the facilities?

A: Yes, we can. We can provide our customers with kitchen facilities, 

   bathroom facilities, and furniture. 

   Furthermore, we can decorate the inner and external wall panels and 

   roof panels, such as PVC plates for external wall panels and gypsum  

   ceilings, sandwich panel ceilings, PVC ceilings, aluminum ceilings, 

   wooden ceilings, etc. 

   What’s more, we have different kinds of windows and doors, including 

   aluminum window, PVC window, wood door, SIP door, composite 

   board door, steel security door etc. 

Q: Will you supply the water and electricity system?

A: We can purchase them according to your requirements.

Q: Will you install the houses for us?

A: this is the biggest advantage for our design that you can install the 

   houses yourselves following our video.

Q: What’s the service life of your houses?

A: Our prefab houses can be used for 15 to 20 years, and can be recycled 

   for 10 times.

Q: What’s your packing and shipping?

A: We usually used 40FT HQ containers. One 40FT HQ container can be 

   loaded 160-200m² according to the layout of the houses. We can ship 

   the containers within 15 days after receiving TT payment or LC.

Q: What type of payment can you accept?

A:We can accept payment of T/T, L/C and Western Union.

Q: What’s your main markets?

A: We have exported to Japan, Korea, India, Turkey, America, Canada, 

   Australia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Africa, South Africa, Europe, Middle
